These seminars, which are the most relevant and affordable on the JBCC Series 2000 contract documentation, are presented by Peter Bold, the respective chief executive officer. Peter, who is a qualified architect and a founder member of JBCC, played a significant part in the updating of the JBCC documentation and is an acknowledged authority on their contents and the topics to which they relate. Peter employs an interactive style in his presentation of the seminars which encourages delegate participation.

PRINCIPAL BUILDING AGREEMENT and NOMINATED / SELECTED SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT

This seminar is the essential introduction to the JBCC Series 2000 contract documentation. The Principal Building Agreement is the cornerstone document and sets the parameters governing the primary contractual conditions that are applied throughout the document suite.
