Objectives of the FAQ section

To provide a quick, free of charge, response to “real” contract issues for users of JBCC Series 2000 documents.

This is NOT a substitute for mediation, adjudication or arbitration – only one point of view is assessed.

Uwe Putlitz believes that it is important to keep building industry users of its document suite fully informed on the development, interpretation and application of its contract documentation. The JBCC Query Service is designed not only to address specific contractual problems in greater detail than is possible at seminars but also to assist users in the execution of their respective roles in terms of the contract.

Telephonic queries relating to interpretation of agreements (FAQ's) will not be entertained under any circumstances.
