Board of Directors

Each of the Constituent Organizations has one representative on the Board of Directors. The Board meets twice a year in order to oversee the running of the company.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee meets several times a year and oversees the JBCC operation.

Technical Committee

The Technical Committee has representatives from each of the Constituents all in a voluntary capacity and meets four times a year. This Committee fulfills a vital function in the JBCC organization as it is responsible for all updating and reviewing of the JBCC documentation. From time to time a sub-committee is drawn from its members to revise a specific document and investigates further opportunities for development.
